Liaoning University of Technology seizing the strategic developing opportunities of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia, successively established inter-school cooperation with 3 universities from Russia, on basis of which LUT carried out a Chinese cultivation cooperation project with Siberian Usolye First Secondary School of Russia. In 2013, LUT sent 2 teachers, Hao Ying and Li Yutong, to Russia in succession to teach Chinese Language.

       Teachers from School of International Education, LUT, Hao Ying and Li Yutong, were admitted as national sponsored Chinese teachers by Confucius Institute Head Quarter(National Chinese Language International Promotion Leading Group Office of China) in this July. They will be successively sent to Siberian Usolye First Secondary School of Russia for Chinese teaching for 1 year respectively in the duration from September, 2014 to September, 2016. In the meantime, the cooperation between LUT and Usolye First Secondary School has been listed in Confucius Institute project.
