On October 19, academian Du Xiangwan, the former vice-president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) made a speical report “Excellent style of study, a lifetime benefit” for LUT’s graduate advisers at the lecture hall of our library.

    The purpose of this lecture lies in correctly guiding the current style of study, furthering the construction of professional ethics and cultivating rigorous and factualistic scientific spirit. And academian Du eleborated the relationship between moral qualities and scientific attitude with concrete examples and deeply analyzed the future for the development direction of Chiese academy.

    After our university’s first preaching educational activity in 2011, this year’s activity extended the scope to all the graduates and advisers and was brought into LUT’s normal work as graduates training segment in order to establish a long-term mechanism for preaching education step by step.
