Chemical Process Machinery consists of three research directions:
1). Process Equipment Technology and optimization: Reliability and optimization design of chemical equipment and pipeline, Strength and optimization of chemical equipment design,New efficient heat and mass transfer equipment, Process equipment mechanics modeling and simulation, Security theory and technology of the process equipment.
2). Process detection and automatic control technology: Intelligent control and simulation of Process, Monitoring and simulation of Process, Optimization design of Process, Process Equipment CAD.
3). Fluid Machinery: New efficient fluid machinery design and optimization, Fluid mechanical fault diagnosis, Computational fluid dynamics and applications, Surface and the preparation of functional thin films and functional studies.
